Baby My Luv will do our best to ensure all goods sent are in good conditions.
All goods sold are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. However if you really need to return some items to us, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or credit note based on the conditions below:
- Items returned must be UNUSED and UNWASHED and in its original packaging, UNOPENED and in RESALEABLE condition.
- Once we receive returned item and verified it suitable for exchange, new selected item will be posted out via local mail or courier delivery.
- All courier charges incurred in the process are the customer’s responsibility and will be borne by the customer.
